I have known him now for over two years - our first deal didnt go through for other reasons but even then Jim fought 'tooth and nail' to get it done - it just wasn't meant to be. But after that ordeal, I knew he would be my mortgage guy for good. So firstly, he was so great at checking in on us to find out if we found a place - it took us a while. Secondly, he really took the time to get to know my husband and I - and in this industry, that speaks volumes.
